Current Positions

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Food Technology team, starting in Term 2, 2026. Reporting to the TTC (Technology & Trade Centre) Manager, this role provides support to Food Technology teachers, assists with kitchen organisation and resourcing as well as providing support to students as required by the teacher.

It is essential that the successful applicant have, or be able to demonstrate, the following:

  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment – being able to multitask and work with tight deadlines
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Have a current employer Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain one).
  • Have a strong knowledge of and commitment to Child Safety principles and be willing to commit to ongoing learning in this area
  • Have food handling qualifications, or be willing to obtain
  • Have current First Aid training or be willing to obtain
  • Be a Christian role model and be able to demonstrate an active faith to students and to all people associated with the School
  • Actively support and adhere to the School’s vision, mission, and ethos.

Preferred but not essential:

  • Experience in kitchen operations and/or education settings would be advantageous.

PART-TIME POSITION

This is a part-time role from 8:15am – 4:15 pm, 5 days a week, during term time only.

We are looking for a Discovery Centre Assistant Manager to join our enthusiastic, close knit Discovery Centre team, with commencement in Term 2, 2026. The successful applicant will display a passion for sharing books and literature with students across all year levels. Reporting to the Discovery Centre Manager, this role plays a key part in contributing to a valuable learning space for students, staff and the parent community.

This is a full-time role, 5 days per week across school terms and limited non-term weeks.

It is essential that the successful applicant have, or be able to demonstrate, the following:

Professional experience

  • Experience with library management systems or the ability to quickly pick up new technologies
  • Previous library experience in a School or similar environment or demonstrated ability to adapt to the environment
  • Practical experience in cataloging, acquisition, and working with collections or demonstrable equivalent

Competencies

  • Strong knowledge and appreciation of children’s literature
  • Ability to calmly adapt to and prioritise changing work flows
  • Capacity to work independently and manage tasks from beginning to end

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our VCE and administration teams from Term 2, 2026. We are looking for someone with strong administrative skills who will support the Head of VCE, VCE VM and VET.

This role also plays a key part in the coordination and administration of the VCE Exam program and oversees the Victorian Assessment Software System (VASS) administration.

This is a full-time role from 8:15am – 4:15pm each day, 5 days per week across school terms and limited non-term weeks.

  • Experience working in administration in a Secondary School and a desire to work with senior students to help them access their chosen pathway
  • Experience with VASS and Exam administration would be advantageous

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Administration team in Term 2, 2026. We are looking for an Enrolments & Administration Officer with strong administrative and people skills.

This is a full-time role for 5 days per week from 8:15am – 4:15pm, over 42 weeks of the year plus 4 weeks of paid annual leave.

This is a role that will work with both the Registrar, supporting with school tours and enrolment administration, as well as with the Front Office team, in a general administration position with a component of Reception work.

It is essential that the successful applicant have, or be able to demonstrate, the following:

  • Experience with customer service/onboarding and/or admissions/enrolments in a School or similar environment
  • Ability to multitask and work with tight deadlines, with excellent attention to detail
  • Be experienced and proficient at Microsoft Office and Google Suite

An opportunity has arisen for a highly capable Learning Assistant to join our enthusiastic, close knit Learning Support team in our Secondary School on a casual basis. Working in Learning Support is a very rewarding role with
our Learning Support staff having a high level of positive impact on our students on a day-to-day basis. Employment will be during school terms only and the applicant should have availability to work across the week and the timeframe 8:45am – 3:30pm.
